BJ Hardman is our Chairman and CEO. She is part of the acquisition team that formed Sanarus Technologies in 2009. She brings broad executive and financial management experience from J&J, Argonaut Group, KPMG Consulting, GE Capital and Pointstar Consulting. Her industry experience includes biomedical devices, financial services, manufacturing, and distribution. BJ holds a MS in Business Management, Sloan Fellow at Stanford University and a BA in Finance from California State University, San Jose.
Roy Little is our Chief Financial Officer and joined the company in 2014. He is a senior executive with 40 years of diverse experience in executive leadership, finance, product development, and operations for established and startup organizations. He has held an executive position with several companies including Cigna Corporation, Pinkerton’s Inc., Argonaut Group, Fireman’s Fund Insurance Companies, Inc., ePolicy Solutions and Insurance Educational Association. Roy holds a Bachelor's Degree from Cornell University and a MBA from Southern Illinois University.
Matt Nalipinski is our Chief Technology Officer and has been with Sanarus since 2003. He developed Sanarus' in-house production competencies including production management, technical support, and clinical capabilities. He was also instrumental in developing the Visica® 2 Treatment System. Matt has a Bachelor's Degree from California State University, Chico.
Richard A. Stark is our President and joined the company in 2018. He brings 20+ years of strategic development, marketing and sales. His recent role as Senior Vice President, General Manager at AngioDynamics, resulted in him being instrumental in the development and commercialization of the company’s oncology strategy. From 2008 to 2012, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, General Manager for the company’s oncology/surgery division before being promoted in 2012 to Senior Vice President, General Manager. Prior to his tenure at AngioDynamics, he was Vice President of US Sales for RITA Medical and was instrumental in the sale of the company to AngioDynamics. He has also held field sales positions at Woodside Biomedical and Arrow/Teleflex. Rick has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Chico State University.
Steve Endweiss is our Vice President of Strategy, joining the company in 2014. He has 14 years of experience in Medical Device Sales and Oncology with Kyphon, Medtronic, and DFINE. He is a former National Sales Director, Area Director, and Director of Distribution Channels with significant experience in minimally invasive medical device startups. Steve has a Bachelor's Degree from San Diego State University and a MBA from Santa Clara University.
Israel Madera is our Vice President of Marketing/Clinical and joined the company in 2014. He has 17 years of experience in marketing/sales in biotech and medical devices with Abbott Vascular, AngioDynamics, Eli Lilly and Medtronic/Kyphon. Israel has spent the majority of his career in the oncology space in several roles including Marketing Manager and Sr. Product Manager. Israel holds a Bachelor's Degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a MS in Marketing from Golden Gate University.
Karen Hambly is our Vice President of Clinical Affairs and Healthcare Economics and joined the company in 2012. She brings 20 years of experience in cultivating relationships, developing and implementing business strategy with an extensive background in cross functional leadership roles in medical device and education. Karen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Victoria, BC Canada.
